The UK government has decided to focus on home insulations across the nation to facilitate greater energy savings and accordingly has made changes to the Carbon Emissions Reduction Target (CERT), under which some 3.5 million additional homes across UK are likely to benefit from insulation, thus paving the way for the government’s new Green Deal.
